Rectangular Fire Pit Tables: Built for Group Entertaining
A rectangular fire pit table does what no other shape can — it seats a crowd along both sides while keeping the fire centered and visible to everyone. If your patio furniture includes a sectional sofa, a dining bench, or Adirondack chairs in a row, a rectangular fire table is the natural centerpiece.
Why Rectangular for Larger Groups
The elongated shape seats 6–8 people, with 3–4 chairs on each long side. Everyone gets a front-row view of the flame without craning their neck around the person next to them. This layout works especially well for outdoor dinner parties where conversation flows along the length of the table.
Top Material Options
BALI OUTDOORS rectangular models offer two top styles:
- Ceramic tile tops — a clean, modern look with a smooth surface. The tile rim provides a flat ledge for resting drinks and plates even while the fire is lit.
- Blue fire glass — a shimmering bed of tempered glass that reflects and refracts the flame for a dramatic visual effect. The fire glass is heat-rated and doesn't degrade over time.
Heat Output
Models range from 50,000 to 60,000 BTU depending on burner configuration. The higher-output models are ideal for open-air patios where wind disperses heat. The standard 50K model is sufficient for semi-enclosed spaces like covered porches and three-wall patio rooms.
A 20 lb propane tank provides 8–10 hours at medium flame. The adjustable control knob lets you dial from a low ambient glow to full heat.
Included Accessories
Every rectangular table ships with a weather cover, propane hose and regulator, fire glass or lava rocks, and a flat lid insert for use as a table surface when the fire is off. The powder-coated steel frame is treated to resist rust, UV fading, and chipping.
